What if the people who love teens and the people who work with them actually talked to each other?

Not past each other or in separate silos. In the same room, reading the same book, having the same conversation.

Starting June 16th, we're reading The Anxious Generation by Jonathan Haidt together.

Here's how it works:

  • One chapter a week
  • 60 minutes on Zoom
  • 12 weeks

45 minutes of honest discussion + 15 minutes of coaching insight on what the chapter surfaced for the teens in your life.

This isn't a parenting lecture or a professional development training. It's a conversation, between the moms in the trenches and the counselors, teachers, and youth workers in the same trenches, just from a different angle.

I'm Abi. I'm a Parent Coach with a Master's in Clinical Counseling. I've worked with 100+ teens and their families, and I'm also a mom. I live in both worlds. I built this book club because I think the best conversations about anxious teens happen when everyone who loves them is in the same room.

Come be in the room.

What if you and your teen could actually hear each other?

Not another fight. Not more silence. Just a real conversation with someone to help you both feel safe enough to have it.

If you've been trying to connect with your teen and keep hitting a wall, this is for you.

The Talking Stick is a free 90-minute live workshop where parents and teens come together for a guided conversation that helps you hear each other, repair disconnection, and reset your relationship.

No lectures. No blame. Just a structured space where both of you finally feel heard.

And if your teen can't make it? Come anyway. There's something here for you too.
